The Maryland Book Bank seeks to close the literacy gap by providing children access to high-quality books in their homes, classrooms, and communities. With support from the Venable Foundation, the Maryland Book Bank fulfills its mission through multiple book distribution channels, including its Home Library Program, Book Bank Warehouse, and Bookmobile. “Our partnership with the Venable Foundation within the corporate community in Baltimore has quite an impact. The Foundation’s contributions helped fund our Home Library Program, which provided books to 20,000 Maryland students last year.
