The Vietnamese American Community Center of the East Bay (VACCEB) has been a refuge and a resource for low-income refugees and immigrants in Alameda County for over 25 years. We provide vital support services, including ESL, Digital Literacy, citizenship classes, naturalization services, grocery bags with healthy and fresh foods, employment services, legal services, information and assistance, senior social activities, and informational workshops. Funding from the Venable Foundation supports our efforts to maintain, expand, and continue providing reliable resources and services to vulnerable community members in East Oakland and beyond.
