The Interview Process Screening interviews are held for qualified candidates, on campus, virtually, or in a Venable office. Eligible candidates may be invited for a call-back visit to meet with additional members of the firm. If you are invited to the firm, you will be contacted by the recruiting department to schedule a mutually convenient in-office or virtual interview. Call-back visits generally last two to three hours, and involve meeting with selected attorneys for approximately thirty minutes each.
